Your Questions, Answered

  • Nope. That’s what we’re here for. You give us the details, and we handle the search.

  • Pretty much anything you need photographed. We connect you with photographers for portraits, weddings, events, branding, family sessions, maternity, headshots, and more. If you need a photographer, we’ll find the right one for you.

  • We recommend reaching out at least four to six weeks ahead of your desired date to ensure availability and allow time for collaborative planning. However, we do accommodate last-minute projects when our schedule permits.

  • You submit your shoot details—date, location, visual style, and budget—via our quick request form. We review our vetted network of local photographers, confirm availability, and send you handpicked matches to choose from.

  • No problem! Let us know what isn’t quite right, and we’ll work with you to find another photographer who’s a better fit.

  • We review full client galleries (not just social media highlights), verify past client references, test communication reliability, and enforce strict professional conduct and delivery standards.

  • Once you’ve been matched with a photographer and decide to book, you’ll pay a 30% deposit of the total service cost to Photography Hotline to secure your date. The remaining balance is paid directly to your photographer according to their payment schedule.

  • If your photographer becomes unavailable due to an emergency, we’ll work quickly to find you a replacement photographer who fits your original request and availability.

  • Once you’ve been matched and booked with your photographer, cancellations and rescheduling are handled directly between you and the photographer according to their policies.

  • No. The 30% deposit paid to Photography Hotline is non-refundable. The deposit secures your photographer and your booking date.
